What nutrients are included and what does "up to" 18 nutrients included mean?

Fully customized doses of (up to) 18 of the following nutrients. We only provide the nutrients that you need and do not include nutrients that will not benefit you or may be harmful. For example, if you carry a double NQO1 mutation, CoQ10 does not function in your body and will not be included in your pack. Instead we'll increase other antioxidants in your mix to account for the reduced antioxidant protection. Another example is the HFE gene. Mutations in this gene make iron supplements poisonous to the carrier. We would exclude iron from the formula of this user.

The microbeads are developed and produced in our licensed medical genetics laboratory certified ISO 9001, 15819, 22000. As additional research emerges and nutrients reach our criteria for inclusion (at least 3 studies by 3 researchers in 3 separate populations) we work to develop, test, and release a new microbead.

Are the nutrients / microbeads tested?

Our laboratory is a licensed medical genetics laboratory, carries ISO certifications 9001, 15189, and 22000, and follows FDA manufacturing guidelines. In addition:

  • Our laboratory performs complex in-house testing, including toxin, heavy metal, bacteriology, and nutrient content testing on raw materials and finished product, blending studies / HPLC, and stability testing.
  • We perform 3rd party testing for microbiology, micronutrient, and heavy metal testing through an independent laboratory group.

How do I take them?

Your nutrients are included at daily doses in your packs. We recommending taking your daily pack in the morning with food, although it is not required.

You can swallow your microbeads with water (pour ~1/3 pack onto center of cupped tongue, purse lips to glass, and swallow water and microbeads simultaneously, repeat) or stir into food such as a pre-blended smoothie, yogurt, or pudding. It takes a little practice to find the way you like best but the benefits of microbeads are worth it.

Is it vegan?

Our microbeads are 100% vegetarian, plant-based, and made with primarily natural ingredients. As the microbeads are coated in sustainably-farmed beeswax, they do not classify as vegan. All other ingredients are vegan.

The cheek-swab DNA test analyzes 52 gene variants that are scientifically proven to impact nutrient needs. The report will show you which of these genes work well and which don't. How long does it take?

From the time our lab receives your DNA or Blood Nutrient Test, analysis can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks based on the quality of your samples. If you've already taken a test from another provider (contact us for a list of approved partners), you can skip the wait by easily uploading your data in your dashboard and processing will occur (~48 hours). Once analysis is complete for either option, you can expect your vitamins to ship within 2 weeks.
